Our stay here was great, excellent place for exploring Carlisle. Sensational English breakfast, enjoyed it.

Everything was perfect and loved my stay there. The rooms were exceptional and fashionable with garden view as well as bathroom, nothing too much trouble. Handy and marvellous location adjacent to a public university:)))

I recommend because I liked it and didn't want to leave. This was an excellent stay at my chosen time. The breakfasts were plentiful and tasty with sausage and toast.

Everything was very good, efficient staff, ideal location near city centre and restaurants. The room was brand-new, well-appointed with garden view. I liked the breakfast, the food was good. The easy check-in.

Had a perfect stay at our chosen time, everything was really good. Central location close enough to bars and shops, centre and all the shops, it was in a really friendly area.

The room was non-smoking, besides it had utensils and plates, just in case.

The place was small and special and the staff were kind, the location was brilliant very close to city centre. Morning meal food was perfect. Also, I really enjoyed how handy the location was. Efficient check-in, generally great service.

my stay was enjoyable, would definitely go back. welcoming staff, nice quiet area, they have comfortable restaurant. the room i had was very well furnished with a luxurious bathroom. super central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from cumbria county council. the beach nearby was astonishing and the view was superb.

Nice design, highly efficient staff, big bed. The room was heated & functional, and the bathrooms were luxury. The vegetarian breakfast was large, we loved it.

The venue is reasonably clean, with fab location not far from museums, many bars, city centre.

Staff was polite and continental breakfast was tasty. Well-stocked rooms with SPLENDID sea view. I enjoyed microwave and utensils. Absolutely perfect location to the venue comedy club. The pool was very clean and I had soft drinks in the roof top bar.

Such wonderful stay, nothing too much trouble, we recommend. The staff created a family atmosphere. Stayed in heated family room with comfy bed and arm chairs plus the garden. Gorgeous and freshly made meals.

Staff were personable, beds were cozy and gorgeous breakfasts. It was practical, light room. I really enjoyed all the facilities and the excellent view.

I loved the very, very nice staff and good value for money breakfasts. They made my stay fantastic. Well-equipped rooms, a spotlessly clean bathroom. Cosy place with brilliant service too. The location was wonderful, within walking distance of Gallery Number Three. Modest restaurant easy walk to the hotel.

It is a fantastic base for overnight stay. When we checked in, our suite was ready. Services included free WiFi. In the evening we visited Pizza Italia, set close to the hotel...

the beds are comfortable and the staff is attentive. we appreciated the local cuisine in the restaurant.
